Westhampnett. Squadron attacked Me110 aircraft. Sgt. Sprague reported 'Missing 'after this action.

Sgt. Starzynski, Henryk

Died - 28 March 1943
Age - 26

RAF Perranporth Shipping Recce off French Coast. On returning to base caught by FW 190 about 15 miles off French coast. Oil seen on water where Spitfire went in but nothing else. Reported as ‘Missing’.

RAF Kenley. Attacked East of Boulogne. Seen spinning out of an attack over mid-Channel. Reported 'Missing'. On attachment to 602 Squadron from 123 Squadron.

Sgt. Whall, Basil Ewart DFM

Died - 07 October 1940
Age - 22

Westhampnett. Intercept over Beachy Head. Sgt. Whall got into difficulties and crashednear Seaford. He died shortly after admission to hospital.

Lasham. Mustang of Army Co-operation Squadron collided with Fg.Off Willis and cut off his tail. Crashed and burst into flames. Killed instantly.
